- Set up HF/VHF operating station on EEME roof: HF station up and running, VHF station awaiting antennas.
- 802.11g WAN connecting major eastern Washington cities to facilitate emergency communications
- Install donated 60ft tower and antennas on the WSU campus and remote base back to the EEME shack.
