Licensing Class, Nov. 14th & 15th

The WSU Amateur Radio Club will be holding a licensing class on November 14th, 2015 at 10:00 AM in ETRL 101 (https://goo.gl/maps/w5e5AqwaD1D2). The class will continue on November 15th at 10:00 AM, with the exam to follow. We are planning to finish up the class at 4PM at the latest on Saturday. The test will be administered at around 2:00 PM Sunday, and will likely be done around 4PM.

The class will cover all the topics that are on the Technician exam. That includes basic electronics, operating procedures, RF safety, etc. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the club on both days. There is a $15 fee for taking the test and getting your license.

If you do not have an FCC FRN number and plan on taking the exam, please obtain one by filling out the form linked at the bottom of this post.

If you are interested in taking the class and/or the test, please RSVP using the following URL: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dFJfSGs5dFBESnFldDBFb04y...

RSVP is not required, but helps us in planning the class.

The ARRL publishes the question pools for all exams, if you want to study them on your own feel free to do so. The question pool links are provided below, along with a link to the study guide that we recommend.
