Even though W7YH does not have its own permanent station established, this doesn't mean we're inactive. Here are pictures of the activities we have done so far.
Some pictures of our field setup. As we found out these two days the noise floor was so much lower in this location that we were able to get and work many pile-ups for the contest. Something that is not easily doable from our main antenna at the shack. The location was also relatively close to the site we wish to make a permanent antenna installation at. This made us realize how much we really do need a good antenna/tower setup far away from building noise and any other noise that we get on campus and at our current location.
