SET is an opportunity to learn about what Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) does in the area\, get some training and hands on experience \\"passing traffic\\"\, and meet some of your local counties on the air. \; ARES Emergency Coordinators (EC) from both Whitman and Latah counties will be on site.
